The 700th chapter of One Piece revealed the current active members of the Shichibukai-- Mihawk, Hancock, Kuma, Doflamingo, Buggy, Law and an unknown 7th member.

I think it's a character yet to be introduced. But Buggy being Shichibukai made my day, I knew it. I think it was so obvious, and people were still doubting it, wow.

Hmm, this is pretty open it could be literally anyone, or a completely new character. I'm just going to go on limb here and say it's Enel, because I really want him back in the story. Surely he can't be satisfied being on the moon all that time?

In the film Z Manga raws was stated that the new Shichibukai missed one arm. So I don't know if it's one we already know?

Wasn't it that he was the one that cut Z's arm off?  that's what I got from the raw's at least, but I'm not japanese expert so... Though I'm pretty sure it's that... |

That could also be something but I read it on tumblr so I don't know if it's true but who would be so powerfull and (old) to cut Z's arm off?

Then only thing that is for sure is that the new Shichi is a male.
I really wish we could be provided with a scanlated Volume 1000. It's there where the info about this new Shichi was mentioned.
