I pick Buggy because, well, he's my second non-SH favorite character (next to Shanks!) in the entire series.
Out of the original members though, I like Hancock the most. Really love her fighting style.

My favourite is Crocodile because he's just so formidable. He was the first one to give Luffy a complete defeat. Buggy was a close second though, because he's 'the living legend' obviously ;3

I really really love Hancock and Crocodile, but my favorite is Mihawk~ He's calm, strong, elegant and he's one of the strongest characters without owning a devil fruit.

Since we're including former-Shichibukai too, I had to go with Croco-boy! He's my favorite non-Strawhat character, and omg I just love him too much. But Captain Buggy-sama is my favorite current Shichibukai, the man is a legend  |

Buggy is so hilarious and how can you not love buggy I mean, he's so clumzy and the bromance between him and his whole crew and mr 3 is amazing (:

My personal favorite is Hancock! She's gorgeous and amazing and super strong and just simply perfect! Her love for Luffy is just the cutest thing ever! I also like Mihawk! He's very reserved and definitely one of the strongest character in One piece even without a devil fruit  |
